Olajumoke is a seasoned People Practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade of interfacing with C-Suite, HR Managers and Hiring Managers on all matters pertaining to the HR function, with Talent Management, emotional intelligence, organizational design, learning, Agile, organizational culture and employee engagement are at the heart of his concerns.

She has facilitated career development trainings, emotional intelligence trainings, employability skills trainings as well as personal development trainings in several forums. She has also followed several HR training courses for small and medium-sized companies. Aleoke-Malachi is the organizer of the Africa Employability Summit. Olajumoke graduated with Honors in English and Literary Studies from Babcock University, Nigeria with an MBA from BSN. She is a certified Agile coach from the International Scrum Institute. Full Member (MMCDI) of the Mentoring & Career Development Institute of Nigeria, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist Emotions City (EQCS) and also Certified Career Development Coach (CCDC ) from Holistic Coach Academy, Canada.
