USA — It’s been said time and time again that money doesn’t buy happiness, but in the big words of Dr. Will Kirby of “Big Brother 2” and the first installment of “Big Brother: All-Stars”, “L money can buy you stuff. This is so true and since most Americans know we love to buy things, it gives us a happy moment. There are always a ton of people who will say that money is the root of all evil, and that’s true, but money gives power and with power comes influence and with influence comes the level of peace.
Money brings peace to most Americans because it takes the worry out of it. When you have the money, you don’t have to worry about yourself, but you can pay your bills for the month. You don’t have to choose which invoice should be paid and which invoice (s) you can delay for a few days if necessary. You don’t have to worry about running out of food, your mortgage is covered, your car bill is paid, your insurance is covered, you have gas in your car, babysitting is not a problem. problem, the list goes on.
When you have the money, it eases the day-to-day pressures that can sometimes be too much for most people. You have a hard time juggling this and that and doing this and that. You don’t worry about the things that so many Americans have to constantly struggle with, and it begs the question of why there can’t be more balance of wealth in this country.
Yes, America is a capitalist country, but the wealth must be distributed everywhere. We shouldn’t have percentages controlling all the money in the world! This is why they have the power and our ability to do things that others cannot. They have that freedom. They can go to a retailer or the mall and buy an expensive item without wondering if they have enough on their credit card or in their wallet to cover that expensive purchase.
Would I like to walk into a business and go crazy without worrying about the money I spend? Absolutely, but even if I had the money I still don’t think I would just because I am aware of the money. However, then I hear from people focus on the money and it will come to you. Please, please stop, I hate to hear this and it always comes from people with money. Easy for you to tell people, you are loaded or at least comfortable, you don’t have the same stressors as I do.
And before you even say work harder, do more and you will be successful. Success comes too quickly: 1) hard work and 2) opportunity. If you don’t have the chance, it makes it even more difficult. There are a lot of hard working people out there who just don’t have the opportunity they need to level up or open the floodgates they’ve been waiting to open. I like to think that money comes in waves, when you least expect it, but at the same time when you want to spend it the most and then you wonder where all the money has gone.
It’s life. You might have put something on the back burner, but once the money flows you start spending and then you have to wonder what happened to all the money you just had. Well you’ve spent it and now you need to focus on generating those funds again. I have realized in life that while money is not everything, it is indeed nice to have more of it when and where it comes from. It’s not always about power, sometimes it’s about having peace.
