Behavioral Architects Appoints New Director of Quantitative Research
July 13, 2022
In the UK, behavioral science consultancy The Behavioral Architects (TBA) has appointed economist Ashwini Natraj as head of quantitative research.
TBA, which was launched in 2011 and has offices in London, New York, Shanghai and Sydney, uses behavioral economics and behavioral science to help companies better understand and influence consumer behavior. Natraj (pictured) joins after nearly eight years as AD at policy and economics consultancy London Economics, designing and carrying out client and user research projects. Previously, she was an economist at Vivid Economics, owned by McKinsey, after earning her PhD in economics from the London School of Economics. In addition, she has consulted for the World Bank and led enterprise risk management at Infosys Technologies in India.
In her new role, Natraj is responsible for building and developing the company’s behavioral science-driven quantum methodologies. She succeeds Tom Coombes, who is now Director of Research at full-service agency, Boxclever.
TBA co-founder Sian Davies comments on the appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Ashwini to the growing TBA team. Thanks to his doctorate and his long experience in consulting, his knowledge of applied behavioral sciences is exceptional. I’m excited to work with Ashwini and the rest of our growing team as we expand our quantitative offering.
