Firefish hires US quantitative director

Strategic analysis consultancy Firefish has appointed former Hall & Partners Rich Fryzel as head of Quant for its US business, based in its Brooklyn, NY office.
After a brief stint at Ipsos, Fryzel (pictured) rose through the ranks from account manager to partner for nearly fifteen years at the Hall & Partners brand research group, lately focusing on quality workmanship, design and storytelling through integrated studies, while also maintaining teams, managing key accounts, developing new offers and delivering cross-functional project plans. He has a particular passion for personalized segmentation and strategic analysis.

The group was launched as a qualified agency in London in 2000 and added the quantitative division TheNumbersLab a decade later. It also has a children and family specialist, the Pineapple Lounge and an in-house insightful film specialist, Firefilms. In February, the New York office was strengthened with the appointment of Geri Jacobs as Senior Director.
